I must say Agile Summer Camp 2008 was a great experience
I was the first one to arrive around 3:00PM on Friday, September 5th.
I left early because the weather was calling for rain and course I drove my motorcycle.
Being the first one their just gave me a chance to drive around the park and check things out.
There was about twenty people who stayed the entire weekend. Which is a pretty good turn out: when you think of 20 blogging computer geeks giving up their lap tops, power, and plumbing for an entire weekend. Chris Woodruff did a wonderful wonder full job as the primary planner of Agile Summer Camp. Josh Holmes led most of the discussions, and did a great job of keeping the open forums rolling. The open forums were motivating as well as educational, and everyone contributed. My notes only scratch on the surface of all the topics and items covered. I also managed to sneak off were Sarah, Duane, and Mike to join the ranks of the GeoCaching community. Finding my first GeoCaching ever! Something I always wanted to do, after watching my fill of IceNRye on Rant TV. |
